Deliveries within Germany:
We calculate the shipping costs as a package at a flat rate of €5.49 per order
We calculate the shipping costs as a cash on delivery package at a flat rate of €13.49 per order
We calculate the shipping costs as a registered letter up to 500 g at a flat rate of €3.95 per order
From an order value of €19.00 we deliver free of charge

Deliveries to the European Community (EU):
We calculate the shipping costs as a package at a flat rate of €12.95 per order
We calculate the shipping costs as a registered letter up to 500 g at a flat rate of €4.95 per order
From an order value of €59.00 we deliver free of charge

Deliveries to countries in Europe that do not belong to the European Community (EU):
We calculate the shipping costs to the following countries in Europe that do not belong to the EU
(Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, Lichtenstein, Serbia, Ukraine) as a package pasuchal with €15.95 per order
We calculate the shipping costs as a registered letter up to 500 g at a flat rate of €7.95 per order
From an order value of €79.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries worldwide:
We calculate the shipping costs as a package at a flat rate of €29.95 per order
From an order value of €159.00 we deliver free of charge

Duties and taxes to countries outside the European Community (EU)
We would like to point out that deliveries outside the European Union may incur import duties (customs duties and taxes), which must be borne in full by the customer.
For orders from Switzerland for orders under 65.00 CHF (approx. 59.00 €) no customs duties and taxes are charged.

Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the order will be delivered within 2 - 3 days in Germany, for deliveries to the European Community (EU) within 3 - 5 days or 5 - 10 days for Countries in Europe outside the European Community (EU) and worldwide 10 - 20 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that our shipping partner DHL does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the items together in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
